SUNDAY SOCIALS!

 

Frigid temperatures giving your canine companion cabin fever? Don’t let winter weather keep your pup from socializing; come out to our New Sunday Socials!  Our Sunday Socials are held in the 4,000 square foot heated “Ruff House/ Play Room” on Sunday mornings and are a great way for dogs to work on their issues and have a great time socializing all at once.

 

 

 

WHAT’S SO GREAT ABOUT SUNDAY SOCIALS?

 

Each session is specially designed to be not only therapeutic for dogs by lowering their overall stress level, but also to give your dog the opportunity to be in their most natural state: in the company of other dogs in an environment that we encourage and foster on a daily basis here at our one-of-a-kind daycare center, Dog Days Daycare.

 

 

 

WHAT DOG WOULD BENEFIT MOST FROM THESE SESSIONS?

 

Sunday Socials are NOT for dogs with aggression issues, but for adolescent, small, shy, nervous and non-reactive dogs, and those needing to get a bit of off-leash exercise and confidence building with their humans.  These sessions are not meant to replace your regular training sessions but to supplement them!

 

 

 

DO I NEED A RESERVATION?

 

Yes! All attendees must first call to and reserve a spot in our classes due to the overwhelming demand for time with our highly regarded trainer, Gail Kulur of Make Sit Happen, LLC. Our 30 Minute sessions have been filling up fast. If you do not have a reservation you may be not be able to get into the session your canine companion needs or may be turned away at the door. To save time, you may download the waiver and registration form here and fill it out prior to your first social.

 

 

WHAT IS THE COST?

 

There is a fee of $20.00 for each session attended.

 

 

 

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

 

       *Proof of vaccinations.

       *Signed waiver.

       *All dogs must enter the building on a leash into “Social area”.

       *The ability to continue to move the entire session (30 minutes) is a must for owner and canine companion. These sessions are basically 'PACK WALKS' where dogs and their humans walk in a circle to burn off excess energy, allow shy and timid dogs to build their confidence, and even burn a few calories too!

       *There is no food, toys or treats allowed during sessions.

       *Two people per dog maximum.

       *Sorry – no children under 16 years of age.

 

 

WHAT ARE THE TIMES?

 

First Session

10:15 am to 10:45 am – adolescent dogs 5 months & up

 

Second session

11:00 am to 11:30 am - small, shy, & nervous dogs
