Just as children and adults are individual beings with different capacities to learn, understand and respond, dogs are also individual beings … and they speak a different language! Our training programs are geared toward teaching owners how to understand their dogs and communicate effectively with them. To that end, we offer the following opportunities to learn those skills:

 In-Home Basic Training

Skills learned in this training course provide the building blocks for all future learning and training. You will learn to teach your dog how to sit, lay down, stay, come, and other commands that are fun to teach and fun for your dog to learn.

• Puppies 3-6 months - 1 hour $40

• Puppy package - five 1 hour sessions $180 (savings of $20)

• Adolescents 6-12 months - 90 minutes $150

• Adolescent package - five 90 minute sessions $650 (savings of $100)

• Adults over 12 months - 90 minutes $150

• Adult package - five 90 minute sessions $650 (savings of $100)

Private, In-Home Training

In this scenario our trainer will work with you and your dog in your home on any behaviors you wish to improve. Examples include excessive barking, jumping on people, house soiling, doorbell reactivity, counter-surfing, begging, loose leash walking, etc.

• Mandatory initial 90 minute training consultation $150

• Hourly sessions $120

• Package of 5 sessions $500 (savings of $100)

• Package of 10 sessions $900 (savings of $300)

Day Training at Our Facility

For our daycare customers only. After a half day of daycare, you and your dog will learn and practice various basic obedience and socialization skills.

• Hourly - afternoons and evenings $80

• Package of 5 sessions $350 (savings of $50)

Behavior Modification

This intensive training program is intended to modify a dog's unwanted behavior. Owners will meet with our trainer for a 90 minute consultation during which the unwanted behavior will be described by the owner and observed by our trainer. A modification plan and estimated time-table will be developed and presented to the owner. Depending on the type of modification, training will take place at Dog Days Daycare Center, in the customer's home, or another location conducive to achieving the agreed upon goals.

• Mandatory initial 90 minute consultation $195

• Hourly rate $150

• Package of five, 60 minute sessions $700 (savings of $50)

Supervised Puppy Play

(10AM - 11AM) - additional sessions as needed

Held every other Saturday at Dog Days Daycare for puppies between the ages of 3 and 6 months of age. Focus will be on guiding puppies to properly interact and play with others. Properly socialized puppies grow into well-rounded adult dogs who know how to properly act around other dogs and humans alike. Play sessions are limited to a minimum of 6 and maximum of 10 puppies with a minimum age of 3 months and maximum ago of 6 months.

• 1 Hour Session $35

• Package of five, 60 minute sessions $130 (savings of $45)
